Your meals will be delivered straight to your door, ready to heat and enjoy in just a few minutes.

Yes, you can! You can cancel by going to our website and look for “Manage Subscription”. You will be directed to a form, just enter the details, and a member of our team will work that out for you. Alternatively, you can pause for a week at a time, provided it’s not past the cut-off date you ordered and/or your meals have already been started on.

One of our aims is to make your experience with us as convenient as possible.

Two chefs meals are delivered frozen.

Please put them straight in your freezer once received, or leave required meals in the fridge to defrost thoroughly for consumption the next day.

Heat on full power with the lid ajar for 3 mins (or per microwave settings). Ensure piping hot throughout. Enjoy!

If you do happen to forget to defrost (like you know who!) & need a meal, then no problem. From frozen, heat in the microwave with lid on for 3 minutes full power. Stir, replace the lid then heat again for 3 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Ensure thoroughly hot throughout before eating!

Each meal is in a Microwave - ready container with heating instructions included in your delivery package & email when order is placed

Our meals have a Best Before Date of 12 weeks from purchase.

To see the meals’ full ingredient breakdown including any allergens, please visit our "Menu" page. We handle all allergens in our kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones and shells, some may remain. When ordering you MUST complete the allergy form with your order.

If you have any issues with your meals, please contact us immediately detailing the issue, whereby we will try our best to resolve it. We aim high, with a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

All your Two Chefs lunches remain in an “igloo” for delivery. This ensures they will stay frozen. We then hand them straight over for you to put in the freezer or leave out what you fancy for later!

Meal containers & the box it arrives in are completely recyclable. Currently the insulation & Gel packs are not.

All deliveries will be made every Thursday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Orders must be placed by 5 PM on Wednesday to ensure delivery the following Thursday. If an order is placed after 5 PM on Wednesday, the delivery will be scheduled for two weeks later.

If you are uncertain whether your address falls within our delivery radius, please contact us for confirmation. 

Your meals will be carefully boxed and delivered directly to your doorstep.

If you won't be home, please specify a safe place for us to leave your order in the comments section of your order. If no instructions are provided, we will leave your package by your front door.
