Meet the Culinary Mavericks Behind the Magic:

Crafting Flavors, Inspiring Wellness

Introducing Chef Ben Sulston

Ben grew up in Willingham and became a chef at the age of 16. Since then, he has travelled the world, gaining incredible insight into the use of different foods and cooking methods. One place in particular that captivated Ben is Thailand, where he has spent a lot of time. He fell in love with the simple, healthy, and delicious way they cook their food, utilising fresh, healthy ingredients to add flavour to dishes. This style of cooking is now firmly embedded in the way Ben cooks, focusing on seasonal, local produce and allowing the freshness of great ingredients to do the work while adding a balance of herbs and spices to complement them.

Introducing Chef Tinsin Wong

Tin has been cheffing professionally for just over 20 years now and is heavily influenced by Italian and Asian cuisines. Taking some time out to start a family, he always kept his hand in the fire, so to speak, working for established restaurants and companies around Cambridgeshire. Discovering his passion for fitness through CrossFit, Tin noticed a gap in people’s nutrition during lunchtime. While many were prepped for breakfast and dinner, they often struggled with finding nutritious lunch options, and this led to him starting his own meal prep company, The Foode, a few years ago.
