How Two Chefs Works

How do I get started?

Getting started with Two Chefs is easy! Simply choose your plan depending on your lifestyle choice and needs. First, select which protein suits you best: Meat and Seafood, Vegetarian, or you can select no preference. Second, select from our two meal plan options: Balanced and High Protein. Then select the 10 or 15 meals a week plan or 10 meals per 2 weeks plan. You also have the option of using us ad hoc or a monthly subscription (the latter working out a lot cheaper)

Can I amend the meals in my plan?

Of course, you can! We believe in fluidity, meaning we are willing to adjust and evolve based on circumstances! You can contact us at [email protected] and just tell us what you want to amend.

How much is this going to cost me?

The price breakdown is calculated once you have chosen your plan and is dependent on how many meals you choose. For example, you could have a high-protein lunch and dinner 10 meals a week for as little as £7.50 per meal.

How does the ordering and payment of my plan work?

If choosing to use us ad hoc, then you will just pay the total fee once at checkout. If you are signed up to a monthly subscription, then payment will be taken every 4 weeks from details given.

Changes and Cancellations

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, you can! You can cancel by going to our website and look for “Manage Subscription”. You will be directed to a form, just enter the details, and a member of our team will work that out for you. Alternatively, you can pause for a week at a time, provided it’s not past the cut-off date you ordered and/or your meals have already been started on.

Can I change/cancel a delivery after the order cut off times?

We handle all the administrative tasks for your order, including printing, labelling, packing, and coordinating with couriers for timely delivery. Due to the costs and operational complexity involved, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations after the cut-off times. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I make changes after the deadline?

Please note that to make changes to your plan, you will have to order before midday Friday for delivery the following Friday.

Yes, you can! You can cancel by logging in to your online account. Cancellation will be actioned by the system once all meals paid for are received. Alternatively, you can pause for a week at a time, provided it’s not past the cut-off date you ordered and/or your meals have already been started on.

All deliveries will be made every Friday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

What is the cut-off time for placing orders for meal deliveries?

Orders must be placed by 12 PM on Friday to ensure delivery the following Friday. If an order is placed after 12 PM on Friday, the delivery will be scheduled for two weeks later.

What is your delivery radius?

If you are uncertain whether your address falls within our delivery radius, please contact us for confirmation.
